I was told my car would take two weeks, and be done on a Friday. When I called that Friday, I was told it would take another week. I would have appreciated a call a day or two before telling me it was taking longer. I had been using the Enterprise insurance during my rental, and had budgeted for two weeks. But I had to suddenly account for an extra week. I understand if it takes longer, but would have liked a heads up.
