Completely disregarded 2 of the main safety concerns caused by accident. When I got my vehicle back and brought it up I was told insurance would probably not cover. A new claim submitted by Wendy was denied so I spoke with insurance and told them this was on the initial claim,just not addressed by Jerry's Ford collision. They approved it and I took my vehicle elsewhere. The staff cares more about insurance, like they work for them instead of customers. I lost trust and faith in this place.
