The work looks real good and was done almost one week ahead of time. I responded as not satisfied solely based on the marking or limited logo that was forgotten on the job. It was an honest mistake I’m sure but a bit of an inconvience having to return the car for the work. Matt and the staff as well as the Geico representative. Despite the GEICO agent missing part of the initial full assessment (didn't address taillight at first), the GEICO/Caubba team was quick to react and were extremely communicative. I could have definitely taken the side of outrage, as I was definitely inconvenienced, but we are all human and I believe Carubba recognizes that, and has the people and processes in place to mitigate and/or compensate for any honest error. It is for that reason I was completely satisfied in the end. The Wheatfield team is a cut-above.
