Everyone I met made a scary and stressful situation easier to deal with. My baby looks fabulous - can't believe the perfect paint job - and just so glad to have him back with me. Our cars really are like our kids & I'm so glad he was in such great hands! Thank you again.

My battery is completely dead **** day after picking up the car. Did you give me a car you had jumped because you left the door open during repairs and not tell me? Also, my insurance company sent me documentation that they had paid all of the total but I was made to pay the deductible. Satisfied- no. Annoyed- yep!

Car should not have been sitting for a week before the repair began. It was then held for another three days to repair a key scratch on the door. This was not well done. The car was returned fully cleaned, in and out. This was very nice, and much appreciated.

The work that was done appears to be fine and the personnel were helpful. My disappointment is that the right front section of the vehicle was severely damaged and extensive work was done. During all that time, no one noticed that the brake pad was rubbing on the rotor? Not that you could have done anything about it, but it would have been nice to have bend notified that more work needed to be done. Also, the NYS inspection had expired the month prior to us picking up the vehicle. Notification of this would have been nice also.
