I couldn't be happier with the collision shop's work on my 2014 Cmax. Abigail Colcol is AMAZING and did an incredible job in making sure the car was repaired and restored properly. Well, my car was promised to me on Friday and then I was told it wouldn't be ready until Monday. Then I got an e-mail on Friday "confirming" that I had picked up my car. At this point I am not clear where my car is.

I am very pleased with how the car turned out overall. The only reason I was able to give you 90% satisfaction instead of 100% or 110% is just that there were a couple of uncomfortable days when I was left hanging about the radiator and rental car, though we did sort it out in the end. However, I am not bitter and would consider your services in the future since in the end you did the right thing; I just hope it is slightly more troublefree sailing next time.
