From the time I came in the first day to the day I picked it up Dylan and others I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful.
The fact that you washed the truck including the door frames,and tires and washed the windows in and out made my day when I picked it up. It took away some of the sting of having the truck damaged when it was stolen.
Only negative was I had understood that the parts would be in for work either on Friday 10 or Monday the 13th. Having not heard anything I called on Monday to see if the parts were in and you were ready to start. When I called I was told they were there and then we scheduled a time. I was just anxious and in a hurry to get the work done so I could get back to normal. To help with that one you should have called on Friday afternoon to let me know the parts are delayed so I could relax. This could have been my fault hearing what I wanted to. But as I said at the start getting a clean truck back with blacken tires and a clean windshield more than made up for it. You are my go to shop and my first recommendation to friends.
