During my visit to Alameda I managed to hit the rear bumper of my sister's car while backing up.
George at ACR helped with the initial assessment. Later, Leo explained to me the whole process of the bumper replacement which was very educational :)
Since I am from Canada I did not want to use the credit card (exchange rate) and decided to pay with the cash that I brought.
It took less than 2 days and it was a beautiful bumper replacement! Just like new! The final pleasant surprise was I was given a discount even though I agreed to pay the original estimation. I appreciate the team's honesty, integrity and good work. Oh, Jennifer was super friendly and helpful!
