Don’t do text messages if they are not accurate. I got a text on 8.9.18 stating my car would be ready on 8.13.18 after 4 pm. Then I got a call on 8.9.18 that my car would be ready on 8.13.18. Then I got a text on 8.13.18 stating my car would be ready on time and you would let me know if there are any issues. So from all that communication I went to Carina on 8.13.18 to pick up my car on 8.13.18 at 5:30. Well guess what, my car was not ready. They advised me they would call when my car is ready and to ignore the text messages. That is very confusing to consumers.
