I was told it would take one day to get my truck back, when I called to pick it up, I was told they had problems and it would be done early the next day. It wasn't until about four the next day that I could pick the truck up.
I was outside looking the truck over and found a new scratch left in the hood, and that the scratches in the side of the truck hadn't been buffed out.
Alex from the detail shop took the truck right in and buffed the scratch out of the hood, and improved the scratch on the side, but the truck will need to come back to be wet sanded to completely fix the scratch on the side.. I am extremely impressed with Alex and the detail shop, but I am frustrated that the repair took twice as long as planned, that the entire repair didn't get done, and that I now need to bring good the truck back again to get it finished.
