I tried working with the rep but things completely got out of hand. He was giving me excuse after excuse for my repair problems like if it was my fualt for the things that were not fix correctly. Plus driving to the shop tomany times just to receive another accuse making promises that never happened.

I have a paint ripple that they will be repairing, I have to wait 3 weeks for that. My car is still making a noise (accident related) and I keep being told that they are checking with my insurance but I haven't heard from them. I have to keep calling to get the status on that.
