I picked up my vehicle from the body shop today and was missing the right view mirror. It was in the shop for three weeks and in that time Kenneth the person In charge of my case never communicated with me that the mirror was not being covered by the other parties insurance. If I would had been advice prior to pick up knowing what was to be expected I would had reached out to the other parties insurance and have communicated about having the mirror replaced.
I am very disappointed the fact that the car was not completed and I wasn’t updated of what was going on. Now I came out of there with a vehicle that is missing a mirror risking to be pulled over by police.
