Staring from the 1st day, Pacific Elite (PE) called me to set up an appointment. I thought that was wonderful. Day #2; there was a friendly reminder of my appointment. DDay #3; PE took me in right away, and they sent me an email after I left the premises. Throughout the process of getting my car fixed, I would receive emails of the cost, the parts, the time it will take to fix the car, and the time I can pick up my car.
