I came back to Pacific Elite because of the experience I had with them a couple years ago. The customer service is 5 star from the day you drop your vehicle off to when it gets picked up. There’s thorough communication about the status of the repairs through the whole process. The quality of the repair was top notch and they even detailed my car before I drove off.
