Overall, good experience with Prestige Too. They repair itself was of good quality, the cost was reasonable, and the time estimated, though longer than usual, was reasonable and I'm glad they took longer to do a good job instead of rushing it.
Customer service was also good for me personally, though I noticed on some ocassions where the receptionist was not as friendly to other customers.
Vernie was a good sales rep, kept me up to date on the repairs and was pretty friendly to work with.
Process was also very easy for me because you were the authorized repair shop of my insurance.
Will be back.
