The communication was GREAT. When I couldn't get through on your phone lines a nice gentleman ran over to the shop to deliver my message and they called me back. I think you had some new work on your phones and not everyone was able to reach the department they needed to. But it all was GOOD. Thank you for your kind and courteous experience.

Staff and shop managers very pleasant. Loved the updates! When I picked my vehicle up 6/18, after 3 weeks in the shop, the hatchback door had not been completely painted. After a conversation with the shop manager, I will schedule a drop off date to have the door repainted, and was told I would receive a courtesy vehicle during this 2 day time frame.
All in all a good experience, in an already frustrating situation ( hit and run).
I would recommend Hayes for anyone who drives GM cars/ trucks or needs bodywork.

My fender & hood were in the same position as were after the accident! I have no faith in the fact that my fender was actually replaced. I believe the fender was only repaintined but according to final invoice they are charging the insurance company for replacement & paint & an hour for aligning the hood. The hood was in the same position as it was when brought in!!! I had already turned in the rent a car to enterprise, the dealer representative advised me to bring my jeep home & come back in the AM and they will fix it while I wait there, REALLY?!?! Maybe you guys should have done it right the first time so I would not have to wait there! Poor customer service, poor quality control, no long have faith in this dealer!
