I was texted 3 times on 3 different days that my car was on schedule and would be ready at 4pm on Friday 9/21. I had heard nothing by 4 on Friday so I called and my truck was not ready - would now not be ready until 5. The work that was done was great (they were unable to find a portion of my the console that was damaged) but not communicating that my truck would not be ready at 4 is unacceptable. We were already at the rental place to turn in the rental car and had somewhere to be. Arrived before 5 and was told not ready before 5:15. Left it till Monday.

No alignment completed, dashboard instrument cluster doesn't work, the radio doesn't work, before the wreck the driver power window didn't work and now mone of the power windows work, mis-matched headlights with pieces not attached, driver door trim popping off, etc.

I would have been glad to have you fix my GMC without guaranteeing the work. I was aware that it had been wrecked before. I would have signed a waiver or whatever needed to relinquish you of the liability that you were concerned about. I just wanted my vehicle restored to the condition it was in before it was wrecked. I had no other choice but to take it to another collision center as DCC refused to restore it.
