There was poor communication about the status of my car. I called and asked a customer service manager if he could tell me what damage they found and what was actually done to the car and he basically told me it was just a lot too much to go over. We were told 3 times at the car be ready by the end of the day and then receive no phone call and the car was not ready and then we got an attitude when we would call and ask about it.

I was very satisfied with my experience with Abra Auto Body Repair of America. I really appreciate everyone's help. Abra gave me the best quote for my repair in the whole town. John that assisted me did a great job with His professionalism and honesty about my repair. I just recently moved here a couple of months ago from TN., and still having an out of state license plate on my car I automatically thought I had a big bullseye on my back! But Abra really gained my trust by the workmanship on my car and the honesty.
