Abra in Concord, NC did a fantastic job with my car. My car is my baby. I have never so much as hit a curb with it, so when someone’s kayak came off their truck and ended up hitting the front of my car I was devastated. I was very nervous about finding a quality place I could trust to do the repairs(especially as my Camaro is bright green with black stripes so not your everyday car/color), and I can say that I am 100% satisfied with the work that Abra did. You can’t even tell there was ever any damage. It looks good as new.

From the moment I selected this location and received the initial contact everything has been wonderful. The reservation person scheduled me quickly and she was so pleasant. When I arrived the staff had all the paperwork ready and made dropping off my car hassle free. I was kept informed of the status (loved the humorous text message from my car). Picking up my car was great. Was able to leave the rental there and my car looked great with the repair and the outside detailing. I am a very happy customer.
