Job was well done and the team went the extra mile so I could pick up my vehicle after work instead of early the next morning. They haven’t put the pin stripe back on yet because they wanted the paint to be drier but they said they would send someone out to do that soon. The only thing that was somewhat of an issue for me was that I was quoted a 5 business day turn-around but it took 7 business days. (Dropped off early Wednesday morning and picked up Thursday after work the following week) Not that big of a deal but it could’ve been had my trip to DC not gotten postponed. Thanks!! Overall good experience...friendly people and it’s clear they want to do right by their customers.

The receptionist was curt and accusatory when I came to pick up my vehicle. I realize there was an error in my automated text, but the way she spoke to me wasn’t necessary and deters me from wanting to come back. Though the work performed on my vehicle was exemplary! Kudos to those who “do” their job. A little coaching on customer service is needed for the main receptionist. Sad thing is I think it’s the same woman who’s been there for years. Not optimistic about change.
