I have been to this same shop numerous times before it was an Abra shop. I appreciate the quality work and that is why I chose to return. This visit I feel I was without my vehicle for an unnecessarily long amount of time. The staff at the shop are all courteous and helpful and my Ford looks great. It just seemed to us that something was wrong with the time it took get my vehicle back.

The whole process and experience was excellent: from the time I dropped my car off, to receiving status, to picking up my car. The people there were very friendly and knowledgable and the job done on my car was great--good as new! I really appreciated the texts giving me status, with prompt responses.
