Bryce thoroughly explained the process in repairing my car through no fault insurance. He was very helpful and was able to answer my concerns about the damages that needed fixed. Toguchi body shop crew did a Great job in repairing my car! Also when we picked up my car, we were very happy & surprised that it was cleaned/car washed & tires were shiny! Above and beyond service!

My car came back completely fixed from the accident, great customer service too. Although I did have a good experience there was a few things that I wasn't completely happy with. There was a glue band left on the door from tape being used, white paint spots on my steering wheel, and white wax on the hood of the car. Small things that I easily fixed with elbow grease and a good detail. But over all experience id give them a 8 out of 10 for a perfect body shop. Great guys, best the island has to offer.
