They put the wrong bow tie on the truck, and now I have to drive to olean again to get it replaced . It sound minor to some people but it a pain in the **** to me when something this minor shouldn’t be caught !!! Other then this the good squeaked and they fixed it on the spot, your office people are exceptional and very professional.
