I never heard from anyone at the repair shop. I had to initiate all communication. The day my car was supposed to be ready was 2/2/24 and at 4 pm; I had to call for an update. Then scramble to get an extension on the rental car. Fast forward to the following week, the same thing happened. No call that my car would be delayed by another day.
A simple phone call or message goes a long way.

When we picked up the car, we pointed it out and the man took a picture and was going to have Dwayne call us. Still have not received that call.
