Dan's does an outstanding job from the time you arrive until you leave with your repaired vehicle. The front-office personnel are very pleasant and they keep you informed. Customer Experience at Dan's was superior to my experiences with other shops with one exception. My repair was delayed by two days due to a poorly prepared wheel replacement. My rental car was out of pocket so this delay cost me $110.00 extra on my rental car costs.
