Love that the communications was on going and I was always up to date with the status of the vehicle. Overall very happy with the turn out of the vehicle, looks better than when I brought it in.

Had a 2007 Ford F150 with front end damage from a deer collision. Took it to the shop and they quoted about $2700. Sent that to StateFarm and they said go. Then a second quote was sent to State Farm that was for $6200. State Farm said WHOA! Took about a week for State Farm to confirm a total loss. Then it is on to negotiations with State Farm because the truck had just had a crate engine installed. Still a total loss, towed the vehicle to my own mechanic you had us back on the road for $1500. Not sure what is going on over there, but it seemed a little like the shop was colluding with the insurance company. Probably won’t be back.
