From the first phone call, Miranda was very professional and courteous. Easily set me up with the repair process. The Chaz waiting area is very clean and fit all my needs. Marcel was great at answering my question and explaining the repair. Very thankful USAA is associated with Chaz Limited to include my rental from Enterprise. My truck was repaired quickly and with great quality. When I picked up my truck, they detailed the inside and almost seemed as if they had painted the exterior or buffed the whole truck. For ordering the parts a month in advance and scheduling the drop off a month in advance you would think the repairs would be completed sooner than 10 business days. Not to mention finding trash in my truck that did not belong to me on pick up.
