Overall the experience went like it felt it would. I was in a daze around the accident the whole time and was looking forward to getting my car fixed immediately. The experience was just that an experience. Nothing more nothing less. Had my quote for time been more accurate I probably wouldn’t have been as upset as I got. You cannot promise a time and not complete on time or return my car with the blind spot camera not working. What is that about? Yesterday another collision center told me that my deductible should have been waved as a discount to me, the customer, had I not heard that I probably wouldn’t have been as upset.
