It has been over 2 years and I am yet to receive an answer and a follow up regarding a missing vin stickers. No one at ATCC has taken my request and inquiries seriously. I'm very disappointed and troubled by the lack of customer service I have experienced from this repair shop.

I was promised things (more than one) that were not delivered. I always try to keep my expectations low to avoid disappointment. Don't promise something if you can't do it, don't want to it, or you are going to forget about it. Don't leave your customers hanging because it is very unprofessional.
