I honestly believe that there should be a non-bias approach to repairing vehicles that aren't owned by the insurances companies you all receive contacts for. I don't believe that I was treated fairly when it came to the adjuster at Thompson to agree that the damages to my vehicle had been the result of the negligent driver, I not once heard the adjuster say my car was placed on the lift to do a tharrow investigation of all possible damages not seen by the naked eye. When explained to the insurance company and Thompson that there was not any damage or anything wrong with my vehicle prior to the accident I felt i was bushes away. I look to file an grievance with the Better Business Bureau as well as my insurance company. I will never recommend this body shop to anyone. The way you all do business is beyond corrupt.
