The communication and empathy was fantastic. Even when my car had to be take to kent from Seattle. Everything was smooth and easy. Even the car rental drop off. Amazing. Never want to be in an accident but auto fix took a lot of stress out of the ordeal.

I expected to not see any evidence of the accident but was a bit concerned about paint color and texture (surface) match as well. I'm very picky but could not tell there was ever a repair done. It was better than than before since previous scratches were eliminated as well.
