There are items missing out of the storage area under the back seat. I've talked with Matt, and he says no one says they went into the cab to do the repair, yet the items are still missing.....

A little difficult to find out where to go. I waited in the line between the booths until I got out to ask somebody and they pointed me to a separate office for bodywork. A prominent sign would be nice.
