The body shop made scratches on my right fender and the owners start d to show me other scratches instead of verifying if the scratch was made by his shop. The Geico adjustor was out and th issue needs to be resolved.

I loved the great customer service from start to end. It was super convenient to have all services needed done at Geno's such as Enterprise, Geico, and Honda. The facility is also well taken care of. The only item I would change is the estimated time of delivery. I was glad it was delivered same day as promised but there was a miscommunication of possibly being delayed an extra day which altered my experience. When arriving and receiving more accommodations this renewed my trust in their customer service. I would definitely bring my car back to Geno's.
