Best experience by far!!! They went above and beyond! The facility was very clean and professional (even smelled fabulous, like a bakery). They were in contact with me daily and even provided my car back to me cleaned outside AND inside!!! I want to call out specifically my service adviser (Josh ****)...He was friendly and very much so "ON POINT" in making my not so happy situation better. The work was done very well and fast all during the past Thanksgiving holiday (2 business days and one day for Thanksgiving). I would definitely refer and use Caliber Collision in Frisco, TX again!!!
