Went to pickup car and there was still scratches on car. How we need to put in again and will be without a car again.

The folks at Service King did an excellent job of repairing my vehicle. I appreciated the ease with which I was able to get a rental car which they arranged, too. I loved the way I was kept up to date on the status of the repair with phone calls, text messages and emails. Last but not least... just dropping off my rental car at Service King when I picked up my car was GREAT!!!! Yes... I'm very satisfied!

The final repairs came three days after the promise date with no real explanation. I had to wait for a rental car when I dropped off the repair vehicle (Sonata) and had to wait 40 minutes when picking up due to washing. The was job that cost me 21 was very poor and certainly not "hand washed". The final repair cost was considerably higher than the estimation with no breakdown on final bill. When I asked why did it cost over ****,200.00 than the estimate I was told "I'm guessing it was .......". If I were paying this out of pocket this would be very upsetting. On the other hand the staff was very nice.
