I am very satisfied with the work that was done to my car but I am not satisfied by the way that things were handled by my adjuster at the Spring Valley location. The Falconis location was amazing and I wish had just gone there to start with. There really needs to be some training in the spring valley office on how to handle customers when they come in especially the USAA ones because they expect a certain level of standout service not just going through the motions and that is exactly what the current adjuster(Irwin) provided.
