Text messages should not be sent before a car is ready. I received a text msg that my car was done and ready for pickup before the final part even arrived. I drove an hour to pick up my car to find out it wasn't ready and wouldn't be for 3 more days which meant I had to pay 8 days total for a rental car when I expected to only pay for 3 or 4 max.
