They put the damaged part back on my car. And charged me for the new part and for painting the new part. When I asked them why they did that they said the technician did not see anything wrong with the damaged part. But yet you charged me for the new part and for painting the new part - which you did not even do. Pretty shady business. If I had not of noticed it was the same damaged part you guys would have gotten away with stealing my money. Better get some trustworthy people working at your establishment. Hopefully it will be fixed right this time.

My sales guy did a great job as did the front desk assistant. Issue was that your emails on time of completion did not match what he said and it caused confusion. Further, the Service Agreement is poorly written in that is gives you complete discretion to spend my money beyond the estimate without calloinf me first. Fortunately, my guy agreed to do so. The end product looks good.
