From the first call I made to set up my appointment to the hour I picked up my completed auto everyone I spoke with was polite, courteous and helpful. Communication with txt message was great. My sweet CRV was ready on time and repaired looking good as new. They assisted me with getting a rental car at at a discount right next door and gave me some leftover touch up paint in a small nail polish type container. They were 5 star awesome.
