It was a great experience. I had to cancel the first appointment to drop off my vehicle and they were very accommodating. It took about two days for the repair and they car looked just as new when complete. Me and my pup Sonny would use California Auto body again!!!

Your team did an great job from start to finish: getting me in for the estimate; setting the time for the work to be done in record time; offering me water, juice, and other refreshments. To top it off, management arranged for Uber, a new transportation service for me, to take me back home as well as arranged for another Uber driver to pick me up when the car repairs were completed. From the beginning the auto body contacted me right away to get my car quoted. There’s was hardly any effort that I had to do. The took my car in right away and set me up with a car rental. Everything was approved and work was started immediately. I had my car back within a week. I even received my car back washed and clean. Any other auto body wouldn’t do this. I even received updates via email as to what were the damages and parts were ordered right away. I love how I was always in the loop with the status of my car. This company by far would be the first to help me and my car needs.
