When I initially called, Kehau was very courteous and addressed our concerns. What really impressed me when I called back to ask Kehau a question, she told me she called the parts department to confirm they had the parts. She did that even though I had not yet committed to have Pearl Ridge Fender Body to do the repair. That is what you call good customer service. When we picked up our car, it was washed, even put tire dressing on. If we need to have another body work done, we will consider PRF as well as refer out family & friends in the future.
