They worked around my busy schedule to fit me in for repair. They also allowed me to drop off my car earlier, having the repair guys work before expected. I appreciate Pearlridge recognizing that we have been loyal customers. My initial call to schedule an estimate for damage done to my car by another party would have been in a week’s time. After learning I was a repeat customer, I was given an earlier date (the next day) for an estimate. This relieved a lot of stress in having to wait a week. Work was scheduled and completed promptly. Staff was courteous and sincere in conversations with them. If another unfortunate incident occurs with any of our vehicles, we will always give Pearlridge Fender a car.
