I never, well no I did get one call, no 2 calls for an update on my vehicle. All of the other times I called to check the status of my vehicle. There was no or not much communication with the insurer also. The work was good but I had a light that was in my truck that never got out back in. Besides the lack of the communication and broken promises good job
