Lee Russell & the team in Mt Juliet were GREAT & so professional. This is the second time they have handled repairs for me & I am just amazed at the character, honesty & respect given to me as a customer. I would let anyone else do repairs to my car but them because they are the BEST. Car accidents are already stressful but they bring a peace & calm to the experience by providing daily updates & making sure they can get you back in your car as quick as possible. I thought I was going to be away from my car for at least a week, but they did it three days what a relief. I am very happy.
