My vehicle was not completed on time and there was a complete failure to communicate why and update on the status of repair. I had to go to the website and use the email to contact twice before I would get a callback. Each time I was told they would call me back to update me the next day. Those update calls never came.

Great job car looks good.
Note we had to pay for a part that was broken while removing the damage parts. Would have been better if the service adviser had exslpsined that in the beginning. At the least should have slpit cost of part. However satisfied with all the other work an updates.
