Justin was fantastic and definitely had my best interests in mind. He even asked that the techs repaint a section that didn’t match perfectly with the rest of the car. Everything looks great now and I was very impressed with the level of customer service and attention to detail.

I would recommend this Service King to anyone.
The staff was very professional and knowledgeable.
Justin was honestly concerned about my safety and wanted to get me into a rental as soon as possible. I had no idea that my vehicle was dangerous to drive until my visit to Service King.

Since I was dealing with an insurance company that was not my own, there were a number of issues that needed to be addressed or clarified. On top of their normal work, the team had to walk an increasingly frustrated individual through those insurance difficulties. As it turns out, the team may have been better at customer Service than they were at repairing my car! ????. While I would never recommend the other insurance company to anyone, I would not hesitate to recommend Service King to anyone.
