While overall my experience was good, there were just a couple things that were off. First, the notification system was not working so I did not know when my repairs would start, when they would end, or when to authorize the work. That was resolved after my second phone call. Second, there was still a scuff on my bumper when received. It looks like it can come off with rubbing compound so I'm not sure how it was missed after the detailing. I also noticed that my alert when I lock my car is no longer sounding. Otherwise, the customer service was superb and I appreciated receiving a clean car.
