I'm absolutely disgusted with the care given to my car. I sent photo's of the current damage to my car new... rear bumper damage. paint job with no clear reflection, broken parking break button, still damage visible from the accident on the rear rim. The one that really got me beyond upset is the cigarette burn in my front passenger seat!!! how you could possibly be certified by any car company is absolutely beyond me. I tired of hearing just bring it in so you can have my car for another 30 days with all new problems. I would like someone with a position that gives a **** about how pissed off I am about this entire experience with your service. I forgot to mention when I was handed the Keys the entire side had buff swirl marks my BMW X5 is White. ****-****-xxxx I never write reviews but I cant wait to see how you handle this.

The repaired side looks better than the original; not only the paint job was done so well I can't tell it has ever been damaged. At a closer look the gaps between different panels are more consistent than the other side that is original from the factory.
