The texting feature is pretty neat but it doesn't really tell me what's happening to my car repairs. It just says things like "thanks for using Abra". The feature is kinda pointless as it stands now. Would have been a lot better if it actually told me when repairs began. When painting started. When it was finished. I had to actually call the store to find out if my vehicle would be finished soon.

There was broken pieces around the headliner, then the put the pieces on knowing that they broke the clips thinking I wouldn't notice..rear door panels are loose and won't snap down like some clips are broken...there are stains on my headliner...the bumper skin is really loose, broken clips....it was the worst quality checkiI have even seen and I grew up around body work with my father..unbelievable on the carelessness on my car..
