I was 95% satisfied - the lost 5% was due to the fact that the replaced driver side mirror was different than my original mirror. The original mirror had the blind-spot "mini mirror" built into it (which I used extensively), the replaced one did not.

This is the third opportunity I have had to work with ABRA. My prior experiences were fantastic, good planning, good communication and you delivered high quality work. This experience lacked proactive communication, took two weeks for a straight forward repair. There is a scratch on my vehicle I was told was rubbing compound - it is not. Very disappointed in the quality of customer service and the quality of repairs.
