The entire staff of ABRA was wonderful. We were kept up to date on the repair. Ashley was always helpful and friendly during the process. We are very thankful for the wonderful service.

First of all i would think that you would get my my name correct. It is Jo Ann Jagodzinski. I'm not sure where you received the spelling. The text updates didn't tell me anything. It would have been nice if someone would have called me to give me an accurate update. When i did pick up the car nobody walked around the car with me to make sure everything was ok. I had to find the chip in the paint myself. I have to bring my vehicle back to get the door repainted. Another inconvenience. I had a vehicle repaired at your west allis location and the service was much better. Disappointing.
